Bright and clean, this Chenin Blanc shows the apple/pear aromas characteristic of many dry styles of Vouvray. With over a year on its lees, this is a very well balanced Chenin Blanc with the clean acidity and the body and texture from a long lees ageing. For what'es essentially a declassified Vouvray, this is a steal of a deal!
