Graft is based out of the Hudson Valley, and they are taking a more European approach to their hard ciders. Their Natural series of ciders are all spontaneously fermented, which provides a funky tartness reminiescent of ciders from Normandy and the Basque region. Native Natural is a "bare cider" with nothing additional added, providing the purest expression of this style.
