The Roero Arneis Riserva Sant'Anna 2022 from Lorenzo Negro is an oak-aged Arneis from a single top vineyard, with body and depth you wouldn't expect from the grape. Nose of ripe peach, apricot, and citrus peel, with hazelnut, jasmine, and flint. Full and round on the palate, with a beautiful balance between ripeness and freshness, an elegant texture from the barriques, and minerality that runs through the taste. The finish is long, mineral, and slightly saline.
