Jacques Lassaigne Millésime Brut Nature 2017 is an exclusive Blanc de Blancs from Montgueux that shows 2017’s ripe Chardonnay fruit wrapped in a laser‑sharp, chalky, mineral frame. It is a powerful, vinous and very dry vintage Champagne with great length, patisserie complexity and a distinctly saline, terroir‑driven personality. Lassaigne’s Millésime cuvée is typically aged around 7–8 years before disgorgement. It is bottled as Brut Nature, with no fining or filtration, which lets the vintage fruit, lees complexity and chalk‑and‑clay terroir show with maximum clarity and tension.
