The Pouilly-Fuissé "En Chatenay" is the jewel in the crown of the Héritiers du Comte Lafon estate. From a high-altitude plot in the village of Fuissé, this wine benefits from biodynamic viticulture that showcases the minerality of its limestone soils. Beneath its pale gold hue, it reveals a deep nose of white fruits (peach, pear), spring flowers, with a touch of salinity and lemon. On the palate, "En Chatenay" is distinguished by its verticality: a dense and silky texture is immediately supported by vibrant acidity and remarkable mineral tension. Aging in large oak casks (without new barrels) preserves the brilliance of the fruit and the purity of the terroir.
