Structured and nuanced, yet ripe and approachable, with notes of tropical fruit, apple skins and white pepper - A great pairing for crispy fried foods like karaage chicken or tempura battered crab. This wine is a blend of Falanghina (41%), Pinot Grigio (18%), Fiano (12%) and Arneis (29%) each seperately vinified and fermented on skins in amphorae at Brian Terrizzi's Giornata winery in Paso Robles. After blending, this wine is filtered prior to bottling to allow for a cleaner, fresher palate.
