Domaine Moreau-Naudet is a great source for excellent, nonconformist Chablis. Taking cues from legendary producers like Raveneau and Dauvissat, Moreau-Naudet makes ripe, shapely Chablis that define minerality with deeply concentrated substance. Aromas of ripe lemon, golden apple, and white peach are layered with chalk, flint, and a subtle honeyed nuance. The palate is more textured and structured, balanced by bright acidity and finishing long with a refined, saline minerality.
