Serena Giachino has a common thread that runs through all of her wines - a desire to make wines crafted by a delicate and expert hand, where the aim is never to extract from the grapes what isn't there. Nebbiolo seems to us to be the perfect ambassador for Serena's approach, a wine with a very light ruby ​​color and transparency. The nose is complex, with floral aromas of rose and geranium, followed by fruity and balsamic notes of wild strawberries, berries, licorice, and spices. On the palate, it is flavorful, dry, and structured, harmonious, and very elegant. The pleasantly tannic finish concludes with a long, lingering aftertaste.
