Made from 100% Grignolino grapes, it shows the lightness and finesse which has made Grignolino a widely-appreciable wine. We’ve always loved Grignolino for when the weather turns milder, and this is the wine that made us fall in love with the varietal. Light ruby in color, this opens with aromas of red fruits and roses that complement the undertones of Bing cherries, strawberries, and hints of spice box. On the palate, crisp acidity and smooth, gentle tannins make for a food friendly wine. Marvelous with a wide variety of foods, but even more so with a bit of a chill.
