A field blend of 6 varieties. Present day Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier. Ancient varieties: Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc. This cuvee is a blend of two vintages from the Terroir of AVIZE. Disgorged 2 months before the release date and dosage limited at 5 grams of sugar per liter. The NV Extra Brut Complantée Grand Cru soars out of the glass with striking aromatics. Bright, sculpted and perfumed, the Complantée is wonderfully expressive. This blend of co-planted Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Chardonnay is so expressive. It is especially aromatic and ethereal in this release. The Complantée was fermented with native yeasts in used 600-liter tonneaux.
