Los Vecinos del Campo Espadin is produced in the Valles Centrales region of Oaxaca by a group of 10 master mezcaleros who use time-honored processes passed down by their ancestors to distill the small batches. The piñas are crushed using a stone molino, naturally fermented in wooden vats, and then double-distilled in copper pot stills.
