Produced at NOM 1474 under Camarena's meticulous oversight, Ocho Plata is crafted from fully mature blue agave grown in the red clay soils of Jalisco's Los Altos region, slow-cooked to draw out the full depth of the plant before fermentation and distillation. Tequila Ocho Plata shines in a classic Margarita, where its citrus brightness and herbal edge are right at home, and it brings exceptional depth to a Paloma as well.
