A traditional light red from Arbois which brings the complexity from the soils of the hills of Montigny and Arbois made of red marls and rich gravels. 40% Poulsard, 30% Trousseau, and 30% Pinot Noir.

Made mostly from Pinot Noir, this Crémant combines the finesse of the traditional method with vibrant fruit notes. It features fresh red berries, floral hints, and a delicate, crisp palate with persistent bubbles and a lively, lightly spiced finish. Bourdy has been Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2006.

This Jura Chardonnay is light but somehow also rich with aromas of lemons, green apple & spice. It shows a striking intensity on the palate with notes of river rock, apples, orange peel & white flowers. Tons of minerality emerge on the palate, followed by zippy acids & green herb notes to go with the citrus flavors.
