Torres 10 is made from white wines of the Xarello, Parellada, and Macabeo varieties – typical for the Penedès region in Catalonia. After distillation, it undergoes aging in American oak barrels previously used for bourbon, employing the traditional Solera system. This elegantly blends older and younger brandy, ensuring consistency and harmony of profiles. The resulting brandy presents a dark topaz hue with warm notes of cinnamon and vanilla in the aroma. On the palate, there are subtle hints of oak, soft fruity tones, and honey-caramel nuances, finished with a smooth and long-lasting finish.
