Sitting between the sharpness of a West Coast IPA, and the smooth maltiness of a traditional Pale Ale, Snapdragon is Berkshire's play at marrying the best of both worlds, and they did a fantastic job. As Massachusetts' oldest craft brewery, BBC has had a while to perfect what they do, and this is one of the many proofs of that.
