The Craft Beer Geek sez: This pale ale is one of Mast Landing's flagships, and strikes a great balance between bready malt notes and strong but smooth bitterness from the hops. A great introduction to the brewery!

Small Change has crafted one of the finest English-style milds outside of the UK with this brew. With hints of dark chocolate, toffee and a smooth mellow finish, this is a beer that you won't soon forget. And at 3.1% ABV, it's the perfect option for keeping your wits about you when you're rocking out with Joe Strummer.
    $15.50
  • Lazy Lightning / Timberyard Brewing, 4-Pack

A pale ale with some additional hopping, this delectable beer by Timberyard is well balanced, with a malt backbone that helps mellow out the hoppy bitterness while leaving those wonderful piney aromas. The Craft Beer Geek sez: With a bright clean hop aroma that leads you into a crisp malty moderately full body with a whisper of earthiness, Lazy Lightning is a seasonal brew of Timberyard’s, showing a harmonious balance of ingredients that typifies a truly great pale ale. Lighter and cleaner than your typical IPA, this is definitely a pale ale first and foremost, with a gentle hop backbone.
    $17.00
  • Snapdragon / Berkshire Brewing Co., 4-Pack

Sitting between the sharpness of a West Coast IPA, and the smooth maltiness of a traditional Pale Ale, Snapdragon is Berkshire's play at marrying the best of both worlds, and they did a fantastic job. As Massachusetts' oldest craft brewery, BBC has had a while to perfect what they do, and this is one of the many proofs of that. The Craft Beer Geek sez: This pale ale presents an inviting yellow-orange in the glass with a clean white lacy head. Medium body is built with generous amounts of Munich malt, pale wheat & malted oats, providing a nice bready backbone to balance out the bitterness.
    $14.30

Matt is pretty much a one man operation and is dedicated to making fantastic beer. This dedication to Melody Smith shows it.

  • Dream Within A Dream / Wandering Soul, 4-Pack

Matt's a hell of a brewer, and Dream Within A Dream is a spin on his flagship Melody Maker, but switching up the hops to include Peacharine and Strata, providing another delicious, lower ABV New England IPA. If you've not had Wandering Soul brews before, this is a great intro.

  • Ohm Sweet Ohm / Small Change, 4-Pack

Mike and Emily keep their fantastic sense of humor and desire to make great beer going all year round, and this time they've come up with this quirky but delicious twist on a classic festbier. Fresh bread character with a touch of malt come together to provide all the classic aromas and flavors of the traditional festbier, but at a higher ABV. This is a beer to snatch up quickly, because it's very limited. The Craft Beer Geek sez: Small Change Brewing is one of my favorite breweries, and they always make fantastic beer that gives nods to tradition while maintaining a unique vision. This festbier is almost marzen-esque with the higher proof, but drinks like a festbier, perhaps a little too easy. Grab it while you can!
