The Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett trocken "Mutter Anna" from the Hofgut Falkenstein estate displays a clear, pale yellow color with green reflections in the glass. The dry Kabinett with the AP1 label has wonderful aromas of apricot, wild strawberry, herbal spice, and cracked flint. On the palate, it is dry and crisp, with a wonderfully vibrant, mineral acidity and great length.
