
Bordiga Vermouth Bianco
The original flagship of the legendary house of Bordiga, this is a classic and wonderfully complex example of old school Piemontese vermouth. Made on a base of various white wines from Piedmont, including some Moscato, and infused with more than thirty different botanicals, many of them grown in the Occitan Alps near the winery. The flavor of this vermouth is complex and vivid, with an excellent balance of sweetness and bitterness. Some vermouths taste strongly of a single botanical, but the interplay of components here is distinctive and delicious. All of the herbal infusions are done individually and in-house.$30.00
Bordiga Vermouth Rosso
Emblem of the production, the Rosso di Torino Vermouth is the result of a tradition in the production of Bordiga's vermouth that has taken its steps since 1888. The label that today covers the bottle of vermouth and is inspired by the movie posters has been designed to hand by the cavalier Pietro Bordiga, founder of the distillery. It comes in a bright ruby red glass. The sense of smell is played on spicy and floral notes, followed by hints of aromatic herbs. The sip is pleasant and balanced. Ideal smooth or with chocolate.
