This is an interesting rum just for the fact Mauritius is not a common or well known area for remand it represents a chance to try a totally unexplored terroir for most people. Tropical aging in bourbon casks for 9 years with a further aging in Pierre Ferrand Cognac casks in Cognac, France. Production was limited to 19 casks.
