Pale yellow color, fresh citrus, floral aromas and Cretan herbs like thyme and oregano. Fresh with high, crispy acidity. Remaining for three months in lees provides more depth and complexity to the texture, leading to a long finish with some notes of minerality.

Moderate density, without the strict formality of classic Naoussa wines. Pepper and leather, aromatic herbs, green pepper, and black forest fruits. Dense mouthfeel with robust, but nor aggressive, tannins. The aftertaste lingers with ripe red fruits, shades of wood, and a subtle bitter sensation.

Aged in the “solera” system for approximately five years, the sherry is a pale, gold straw color with a pungent, distinctive aroma. On the palate, it is crisp, fresh and very dry.

Apla's dry rose starts with elegant notes of tangerine, orange, strawberries and white cherries dominate the nose followed by a fine hint of tomato leaf, one of the unique aromas of Xinomavro. Full bodied and layered yet crispy, with aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a long, refreshing finish. A great rosé to enjoy it on its own or with several types of cuisine.

A dry white wine from the indigenous Malagouzia grape — the variety that has become the emblem of the Greek white wine renaissance — sourced from estate high-altitude vineyards and produced with restraint and mineral focus. The Malagouzia provides the floral, stone-fruit, and spicy aromatics that define the variety: white flowers, peach, apricot, citrus blossom, and a subtle herbal note. Delicious!

Papagiannakos winery is one of the oldest wineries to be bottling Savatiano while the winemaker, Vassilis Papagiannakos, is referred as the "patriarch" of the Attica vineyard variety, highlighting its potential. This is a vibrant looking wine with bright golden-yellow color. Pure, intense and fruity nose with some mineral notes. Balanced flavor with nice acidity and some sweet notes. Moschofilero is skin contact, spontaneous fermentation, unfined and unfiltered with minimum sulfites. Hoof & Lur is Troupis’ winery homage to the wines native to high plateau of Mantinia for millennia. Floral with powdered sugar and blood orange that entice on the nose. Citrus notes and fresh acidity add vibrancy to the palate.
