The story of our winery began at the end of the 1960s, when Rino had completed his oenology studies and decided to start making wine.

Enthusiasm, a fair amount of courage and a dash of good luck led to the purchase of the farmhouse that is now home to the winery and some land in the Cottà area.

Having started out with just one small vineyard, over the years, with a great deal of determination and sacrifice, Rino and his wife Anna were able to buy new plots of land in some of the Barbaresco crus, choosing to make single-grape wines from the outset.

Today, Rino is joined by his children Andrea, Elena and Claudia and they all work together, running the vineyard and cellar with passion and dedication.
