A classically-styled Red Burgundy with gorgeous notes of earthy cherry, brambly raspberry, woodsy spice, violet, and mineral. As good as it smells, it is the mouthfeel and overall composure on the palate that impresses me most. Perfectly ripe Pinot fruit is balanced by energetic acidity and silky tannins, and the experience is downright enchanting.
