Banhez Ensamble is a highly regarded, artisanal mezcal produced in Oaxaca by a co-op of 35+ families. It is a 90% Espadín and 10% Barril agave blend known for being mild, fruity (banana/pineapple), and floral, making it excellent for beginners or in cocktails.
