This sofi Gold winner is made with single origin cacao beans we source personally from a family owned farm in Same, Ecuador. In addition to the sofi award this bar has won numerous International Chocolate and Academy of Chocolate Awards, as well as a Good Food Award. The flavor notes are deep berry jam (think a good cabernet wine). Excellent for pairing wth cheese! We craft all our chocolate ourselves, and even freshly press our own single origin cocoa butter for intense flavor and exceptional smoothness. The bars come in a presentation caddie with shelf talker.
