In our opinion, Gabriel Coulet is the best of the seven designated Roquefort producers. It is an award-winning example of this famous and ancient cheese: a very strong sheep's milk blue made in France and aged in the famous caves at Roquefort sur-Soulzon. Sharp, salty, and a classic example of refined blue cheese, this is equally at home on a cheese board as melted over a quality cut of steak.
