Cornerstone is more of a collaborative project than your typical American-made cheese. Bergamino di Bufala is an Italian cheese made from buffalo milk in the province of Bergamo, in Lombardy. Bergamino is a soft cheese, with a buttery texture, a fresh milk flavor and a slightly tangy finish.

La Tur is a dense and creamy blend of cow, sheep, and goat's milk. The rind is soft, wrinkled, thin and delicate. The interior paste is ivory in color with a light, fluffy, mousse-like texture, becoming extremely soft and creamy under the rind. Flavors are rich and sweet with a subtle tang.

Bocconcino, or "little mouthful", is a take on the traditional Piemontese tomino. Made with 100% goat’s milk, Bocconcino has a supple, creamy texture and clean goaty flavor. Named after one of Greece's highest peaks in the northwest province of Florina, Voras Feta is exceptionally clean, firm yet supple and balanced. PDO designated cheese, the best of the best Greek feta!

Mokoroa is a rosé txakoli made from 50% Hondarrabi zuri and 50% Hondarrabi beltza. After the grapes are harvested, the blend of two Hondarrabi grapes is macerated with their skins before being pressed for 15 hours and then fermented in tanks. This rosé wine is quite light, young and fresh, but it has the tannins provided by the grape skins. It still has the identity of txakoli, the acidity and the good citric touch, but the hondarrabi beltza gives it a touch of red fruits, such as strawberry or cherry, and also a characteristic slight bitter touch.

Figuiere's Méditerranée Rosé is intended to be light, invigorating and easy-to-enjoy. Aromas and flavors of peach, orange skin and white flowers are accented by refreshing acidity and a salty minerality thanks to the influence of the sea. Figuière is located in La Londe-les-Maures between Marseille and Nice with vineyards that lie just a few hundred meters from the Mediterranean Sea, where there's a five-degree difference in temperature from their vineyards to those of the interior. The freshness found in theeir wines is very singular to the La Londe region.

It seems that with each passing season, more and more superb offerings are landing from Greece. Gone are the days of Retsina and Ouzo as your options, now we have an incredible variety of wines and grape varietals to choose from. Apla's dry rose starts with elegant notes of tangerine, orange, strawberries and white cherries dominate the nose followed by a fine hint of tomato leaf, one of the unique aromas of Xinomavro. Full bodied and layered yet crispy, with aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a long, refreshing finish. A great rosé to enjoy it on its own or with several types of cuisine.

Something about the use of traditional Saaz hops, Moravian malts, and the local water near the town make this a far superior beer. The Kientzler domaine is a small, 5th generation family-run estate spread out over the villages of Ribeauvillé, Bergheim, Hunawihr and Riquewihr. “La Soif” is a brand new wine that Domaine Kientzler has been working to cultivate for a number of years. The goal was to create an Alsace wine that is all-around usable for food, but which can also be enjoyed on its own. This wine is a blend of the white grapes grown on the property with an eye towards producing the right balance of fruit and liveliness. It is a wine with really fine and diverse aromas and with notes of bright, white fruits.

Inspired by Provencal Rosés, the Rivetti family decided to produce one rosé from their portfolio. The fascinating characteristics of Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile, permitted them to create a wine that shows great character, an intense aroma, and which is very pleasant to drink. It has a floral and fruity bouquet with hints of citrus and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh and delicate with satisfying minerality and an all-embracing acidity. Epic rose from an epic producer.

Originally produced in 2020 when fear of smoke taint from rampant wildfires made Patty Green’s regular wine production untenable, Dollar Bills Only, was a way to use that fruit in a way that would allow them to make use of the fruit. Instead of normal production, a much lighter, easier drinking style of Pinot was made that fell somewhere between a light red and a dark rose. This is an incredible value wine from this iconic Willamette producer. One of the key Croatian red varieties, and the most important Istrian red variety, Teran holds a special place in Benvenuti wine history. This wine comes from the vineyards in Španjole, at 300 meters above the sea. The aromas of currant, vanilla, violet, cinnamon, pepper, anise, macchia, herbs, tar, and spice predominate. The complexity of this wine is rich. Dry, lush and warming on the palate, this finishes with fresh, fine tannins. Balanced, intense, and long lasting on the palate, this is memorable stuff.

Comprising 50% Teran and the rest of the blend divided between Tempranillo and Nebbiolo, and a dash of Merlot. This ideal food wine supports the best features of each grape. The Nebbiolo brings violet and other floral notes to the nose, while on the palate the distinctive Nebbiolo tannins are present. The Merlot and Tempranillo smooth the tannins and fill your mouth with rich and robust flavors. Northern Italy may not be the first place that comes to mind when it comes to Sauvignon Blanc, but it’s been cultivated in regions like Friuli and Alto-Adige since the late 19th century with great success. In fact, Sauvignon played a decisive part in the revival of Italian wine in the mid-1980s. This wine shows an intense nose that's never cloying with subtle notes of tomato leaf, pepper, sage, mown grass, nettle, and spice box. There are hints of yellow and even tropical fruit. Since the mid-19th century, the Alessandria family has called Verduno, at the northern edge of the Barolo zone, home. The Pelaverga grape is cultivated only in Verduno, just down the northern slope of La Morra hill in Barolo. The grape doesn’t have much color or body, but what it lacks in tannin and heft, it makes up for in delightful, distinctive aromatics. At Alessandria, they call it Speziale, the local description for the distinctive pepper and spice of Pelaverga. Theirs leans toward wild strawberry with a dash of plum jam and decidedly herbal notes like rosemary, wild thyme and anise with a dash of freshly cracked black pepper at the end.

Poggeto is the top of the hill owned by Giovanni Rava and his wife Elena. It is quite close to their cellar in the village of Cella Monte, in the northern Monferrato. The vines are at high elevation and grow in limestone rich, brittle and porous soils. Grignolino is a rare Piemontese specialty that makes light-bodied, fun, slightly eccentric wines. Transparent and bright violet in color, this offering from La Cassacia is tangy and fruity with lean minerality and the characteristic tinge of almond. A house with records dating back to 1791 and an official start in 1830, Italo Pietrantonj is as old as it gets for wineries from Abruzzo (literally the oldest). Eight winemaking generations deep in the town of Vittorita, Pietrantonj is rich with family heritage and tradition. The ‘Black Label’ Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is a wine made in the traditional style as homage to the old family winery. This is a lovely wine full of dried floral and fruit notes complemented by sweet spice flavors of anise, dried tobacco, and a hint of cocoa on the finish with earthy aromas offering plenty of full flavors yet staying very pure and fresh so that the fruit is not masked, nor is too heavy in body.

The La Pepie showcases Melon de Bourgogne at its most vivid and zippy — a wine to drink young, drink cold, and drink often. Presqu'ile Sauvignon Blanc

Turi Bianco is 100% Catarratto that gets about 5 days of skin contact during fermentation to bring forth a richer , more textural component and making this a perfect wine for someone curious about orange wine. This opens with aromas of white flowers, Mediterranean herbs, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, showcasing flavors of ripe peaches, lychee, and underripe mango, complemented by a touch of minerality and bright acidity. The finish is clean and refreshing, leaving a lingering impression of citrus and herbs.

Made from fruit grown in the vineyards of Montecchio and Manzano in the municipality of Cortona at an altitude of 270 meters above sea level, this is an atypical rose in that it's primary grape is Syrah that's blended with Sangiovese and Vermentino. This blend produces an exuberant wine that smacks with notes of crisp berry, such as wild strawberry and redcurrant. It adds notes of citrus and grapefruit on a full-volumed, delicious palate, with a foil of crisp acidity and an earthy minerality, progressing into a long-lived finish. Super-duper!

Can' Leandro's La Vella is a blend of the estate’s white varieties that grow on their beautiful property. Mostly comprised of the old indigenous grape Merseguera, from a plot that grows on the north facing slope of the hill, as well as some Malvasia, and a tiny plot of another native grape Tortosi. The resulting fresh white is remarkably bright with aromas of green apples, sea-spray, and faint white flowers. In the mouth, the fruit is zippy and zesty with citrus, saline, and mouthwatering acidity, all the while still retaining fantastic texture that lasts through to the long finish.

Lovely floral nose of strawberries and white flowers that are followed by a clean and dry palate offering persistence and beautifully fresh acidity. There is a balanced and pure minerality from the soil, and a long finish that makes this an insanely gulpable bottle of Rosado.

The merest touch of rose petal clings to the Red Delicious and ripe strawberry fruit. This is intense but so fresh, primed to hit the pleasure centres of the brain. The rounded palate has an aromatic overtone of Gariguette strawberries which verge into red cherry. Beautiful, bold, bright, vivid, memorable.

La Lloma is a blend from a vineyard called La Lloma Rasa, with the region’s famous Monastrell grape, as well as what the estate has put so much time and energy behind, the Bonicaire grape. The wine itself is refined, elegant, and so bright. Aromas of spice, fresh brambly berries, and fennel-heavy licorice lead to a balanced and soft palate of mountain blueberries, rose pedals, and earth, all wrapping into a long and complex finish.

Pla de Gates is a blend of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris that Anna Espelt grows in her Mas Marés vineyard. Having gained experience with these varieties further inland where the climate is warmer, Anna has discovered that they really shine closer to the Mediterranean, where nearly constant winds result in smaller clusters, berries, thicker skins, and fresher acidity. All of the delightful characteristics of Grenache Blanc are here like citrus and tropical fruits, white flowers, and crisp acidity but with a bolder, more luscious character that offers a richer texture on the long finish.

Cortese - the grape of Gavi - has been cultivated in Piedmont for centuries, particularly in the southeastern part of the region. Historical records suggest that the grape has been a cornerstone of the area’s viticulture since at least the 17th century. The grape’s name, derived from the Italian word for “courteous,” reflects the wine’s elegant and approachable nature. This biodynamic wine is bright, pale yellow in the glass offering aromas of minerals, flowers and fresh stone fruits. Excellent structure and balance creating a certain elegance of fruit, acidity, freshness and a lingering finish.

Nai e Señora (“Mother and Lady”) is a young albariño wine. It is produced with 100% albariño grape from the Salnés Valley, with its distinct elegance, structure and salinity, lent to it by the marine influence of the Ría de Arousa sea. It evolves very nicely during its first three years of life. Its label features the silhouette of a woman in a dress with motifs evoking a vineyard in the spring, or in the autumn just before the harvest.

100% unoaked Chardonnay from the eastern edge of Chablis where Tonnerre and Epineuil come together, Marsoif is currently run by Raphael Masson, who took over in 2005. The property itself however, dates back to the 12th century and the Knights Templar. This wine shows nice high tones with minerality and salinity that's more like traditional Chablis. The nose is engaging with notes of apple, quince, and peach alongside floral touches of honeysuckle, hawthorn, and jasmine. On the palate, this Petit Chablis really shines with fruity and floral notes and a touch of lemon which gives it a vibrant and edgy side.

The first vintage of this rosé was a way for Day to salvage her smoke tainted Pinot Noir grapes following the devastating 2020 wildfires on the West Coast - hence the name Lemonade; making lemonade from the lemons you are given. Well, fast-forward a few years and "Lemonade" has been a mainstay of our rose offerings because each year it just gets better and better. The latest version of this wine continues the bright, juicy tradition that Lemonade has become. As the name would suggest, this delicious bottle is as easy to drink as lemonade. Sylvain Langoureau has become quite the rising star in St Aubin and Chassagne where his white wines are always highly sought-after. But Sylvain has a little bit of his domaine (about 15%) planted to Pinot Noir and this wine is proof that he knows his way around the Pinot Noir grape as well. Beautifully fragrant with notes of cherry, blackberry, and mocha, this wine practically leaps from the glass. A new wine from the Vina Real winery, the Bakeder is a village red produced with Tempranillo grapes from Laguardia. With notes of yellow apple and peppercorn, and pouring a light golden hue, it does hearken back to the days of yore and traditional saisons, with a distinct US twist.

Timberyard is not just about IPAs, though they make damn good ones. Sourcing all their ingredients locally for this blueberry honey ale shows a dedication to both quality and community that can be hard to come across in today's brewing world, but it's definitely worth it when the end result is this potent potable. Soffio di Ponente, or Vermentino, recalls the wind that blows across their land, lightly carrying aromas and flavors. This delicate, fresh wine conveys these scents and its freedom. Straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections, it has a lively and fruity aroma with fresh notes of citrus and aromatic herbs, with mineral nuances; it presents itself on the palate with a dry and fresh flavor with savory and soft tones.

The name says it all: Titillo was created to tantalize and provoke the senses. A 100% artisanal Verdicchio, the product of an organic and biodynamic approach on calcareous marl soils. Hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, it ages for 10 months in stainless steel with intense batonnage to combine vibrant freshness with a velvety, complex structure. Verdicchio is one of those grapes that often flies under the radar but we absolutely adore it and it'd be hard to find a better paring with fresh grilled seafood.

Frappato’s vibrant acidity and delicate structure make it highly versatile at the table, working particularly well with dishes that have bright, herbal, or umami-driven components. This is an aromatic variety, unusual for a red grape. The wine is brilliant mid-red in color, with clear floral and berry/pomegranate fruit notes and some spice and tea-leaf on the nose and the palate. This is light on its feet with pleasing flavors and smooth but drying tannins. If you enjoy a lighter style of red wine this will please you. It’s delicious at room temperature, but we prefer it slightly chilled.

Sangiovese from Romagna is a completely different style than its neighbors to the south in Tuscany. These wines don’t have the complexity nor acidity that you expect from a Chianti Classico, for example. Nor really the tannin for that matter. What they do offer however is more simplicity, roundness and that typical fruit of the varietal. Sangiovese di Romagna is more of your everyday wine and that is definitely what Mauro is out to achieve with this wine.

Pietrogiovani is Fabio's last name, while Pietregiovani translates to "young stone", a young winemaker on very stony soil. Fabio targeted a small cru site in the Gioa del Colle, Puglia's most prized terroir with some elevation and very stony soil. This Primitivo is very true to Puglia, strong, dark, and spicy, but has balance rarely seen with these wines thanks to the Gioa del Colle. The wine spends time in stainless steel, with about 5% of the juice ageing in oak.

Always an aromatic treat, the 2023 Russian River Chardonnay entices with fresh baked apples, golden pears, a dash of warm spices, and a generous squeeze of crisp lemon. The medium bodied palate is layered with orchard fruits, crushed ginger, citrus zest, and a hint of brioche. Olivet Lane Vineyard was planted in 1975 and sits on 65 acres of sloping benchland in the Santa Rosa Plain, in between the warmer Westside Road region and the cooler Green Valley, where warm summer days are moderated by cool breezes and chilly evening temperatures. The combination of low temperatures, regular fog intrusion, and well-drained loam, clay soils create an excellent environment for growing Chardonnay that develop cool-climate characteristics and impeccable acid at low sugars. The nose of this aromatically intense Chardonnay displays aromas of tangerine, nectarine, white cherry, flowers and flint, while the palate brings waves of vibrant citrus acidity, juicy stone fruit and pithy lemon peel, leading to a mouthwatering finish with tons of floral character.

Pairolero is a blend of two different vineyards of Barbera in Neive: Basarin and San Cristoforo. The Barbera is from the top of the slope in Basarin and sees 9 months of aging in cask. Andrea Sottimano liked the 2024 vintage for its elegant, linear, and bright wines. Great concentration of purple fruit, delicate florals, spice and a stony minerality from Basarin's calcareous and sandy soils.

Bric del Salto Dolcetto d’Alba has a ruby red color with brilliant hues. In the nose, hints of black cherry and juniper berries merge in a fresh and silky way on the palate, helping this wine to gain complexity as it ages. Both the profile and structure of this wine show an approach to vinification which highlights elegance while protecting the delicate and fragile Dolcetto grapes.

The 2023 Langhe Nebbiolo, all from Basarin, is precise and finely cut. Crushed flowers, mint, spice, crushed rocks, rose petals and a kiss of blood orange all run through this translucent, wonderfully expressive Langhe Nebbiolo. This is a Barbaresco in all but name. Terroir and high altitude of the vineyards give the wine spicy notes as well as outstanding complexity.

The Barbaresco Fausoni is delicate and floral in its first impression, before the mid-palate gradually starts to open. Red cherry fruit, blood orange, mint, white pepper, slate and dried herbs unfurl in the glass. Medium in body and beautifully persistent, the 2023 offers tons of potential. Situated in the heart of Neive, Fausoni is always a magnificent expression of the sand and clay soils of the site.

From Treiso, the Barbaresco Pajoré pours a medium red color and has a distinct personality within the range, with notes of sweet red berries, hints of blue fruit, grenadine, and orange zest. Medium-bodied, the wine offers refined tannins and refreshing, mouthwatering acidity, finishing with a clean sense of salinity and wonderful length.

Made mostly from Pinot Noir, this Crémant combines the finesse of the traditional method with vibrant fruit notes. It features fresh red berries, floral hints, and a delicate, crisp palate with persistent bubbles and a lively, lightly spiced finish. Bourdy has been Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2006.

Pale yellow color, fresh citrus, floral aromas and Cretan herbs like thyme and oregano. Fresh with high, crispy acidity. Remaining for three months in lees provides more depth and complexity to the texture, leading to a long finish with some notes of minerality. Crete, much like nearby Santorini, is proving to be a superb location for the production of Assyrtiko.

Founded in 1986 upon the merger of Erste Kellerei (1900) and Neue Kellerei (1925), Erste + Neue have continued to build upon their proud heritage while successfully adopting modern techniques and technologies. This wine offers an elegant, floral-mineral aroma combined with notes of ripe fruit such as apple and peach. On the palate, it is very focused with an elegant freshness and a fine structure.

Scar of the Sea focuses on working with farmers who are instrumental in farming for the future and making wines with as little intervention as possible. Their wines are made with the intention to tell a story of where they come from, the people who farm them, and reflect each vintage under the California sun. In this case we have bracing and fresh Chardonnay from the SLO Coast! Zesty citrus, white pepper, and just a hint of reductive flinty character jumps out on the nose, while the palate shows a precise and welcoming mix of green apple, white peach, and just a slight note saline-tinger mineral character.

Winemaker Dan O’Brien grew up in Providence and cut his teeth in Boston as a sommelier at some of the city’s best restaurants. He moved to California to take the plunge into winemaking. His “Doris” line of table wines are named for his great aunt (Gail was his mother) and, while they may seem humble in intent, are every bit as delicious as his more “serious” wines. 100% Pinot Grigio, this is inspired by the wines of Friuli, where Pinot Grigio can carry real depth, texture, and character, we treat it with the same intent we would any serious white variety. Aromatically, it leans savory, with notes of sappy pine needle, plump citrus, and a subtle herbal lift. The palate is juicy but clean, with enough weight to feel generous while staying bright and precise.

Made from fruit grown in the vineyards of Montecchio and Manzano in the municipality of Cortona at an altitude of 270 meters above sea level, this is an atypical rose in that it's primary grape is Syrah that's blended with Sangiovese and Vermentino. This blend produces an exuberant wine that smacks with notes of crisp berry, such as wild strawberry and redcurrant. It adds notes of citrus and grapefruit on a full-volumed, delicious palate, with a foil of crisp acidity and an earthy minerality, progressing into a long-lived finish. Super-duper!

While this wine shares the same kind of exuberance and drinkability that it's cousins in Beaujolais offer, it's actually made from a local clone of Gamay that's called Gamay Saint-Romain which is an old local variant of Beaujolais Gamay. While its exact origin remains uncertain, the earliest records trace it back to Benedictine monks in the 13th century. Planted on well-draining granitic soils shaped by the erosion of the volcanic Massif Central, it ripens later than its Beaujolais cousin, delivering subtle spicy peppery notes while retaining vibrant natural freshness. Aromas of fresh raspberry, wild strawberry, ginger snap spice, and white flowers lead into a lively palate where raspberry meets a bright citrus edge.

Produced by the legendary winemaking team at Domaine Drouhin in Oregon's Willamette Valley, Cloudline Pinot Noir delivers a tasty winemaking experience at surprisingly friendly prices. This wine opens with vivid notes of cranberry, cherry compote, and hibiscus tea, with a touch of cracked pepper. The palate is sleek, energetic and layered, with flavors of wild strawberry, pomegranate and red currant over a gentle undercurrent of minerality and spice. Silky tannins and juicy acidity keep things lively through a clean, polished finish.

This southern Rhône red originates half an hour east of Avignon, just outside a town whose name begins with Châteauneuf and whose vineyards are littered with the Rhône’s most quintessential terroir feature: the rounded river stones called galets roulés. This house blend cuvée is mostly Grenache, along with some Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and a splash of Marselanwhich yields an expressive rouge full of beautiful aromas and flavors of black cherries, stones, and a hint of black olive. Subversively delicious!

This is a wine that explores the fresher side of what Rioja can be. In the foothills of the Iregua Valley, where the main tributary of the Ebro River flows in the heart of La Rioja, Daniel Rodriquez and his cousin Alejandro, have created a new winery that's seen its wines landing on Michelin-starred winelists all across Europe. Working with two vineyards that face each other across the Iregua tributary - both at high elevation - that are planted with very old vines of Tempranillo and Garnacha, they've crafted a succulent expression of Rioja that shows plenty of juicy red fruits, fresh herbs, and a spicy & floral kick on the finish.

This red wine showcases the excellence of the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) variety, cultivated with meticulous care in the estate's carefully selected vineyards in Gumiel de Mercado. With this vibrant interpretation of the terroir, the winery once again demonstrates its mastery, offering an enveloping Ribera del Duero, brimming with freshness, lively fruit, and smooth, ripe tannins. The nose offers red and black fruits (think: cherries, sour cherries, strawberries, currants, blackberries), floral notes such as violets, also light spicy touches, well-integrated oak, some toasty nuances. On the palatethis is smooth and silky with fine tannins, good balance and clean finish with balsamic and spicy notes.

A super-light-colored rosé that looks like a white wine. Light-bodied but exuberant with fresh berry, peach and melon flavors and bright acidity underneath. Made from Grenache, Zinfandel (of course) and Cinsault as well as other early-picked grape varieties on the Ridge Sonoma County property. The palate is fresh and clean with a superb texture and nice sense of weight. Showing excellent flinty undertones, enjoy now and over the next few years.

Textured and savory while being bright and crisp may sound like a contradiction, but Roberto Conterno is the kind of winemaker who seems capable of producing impossibly complex wines that are increddibly satisfying and delicious. Made from 100% Nebbiolo grown on the Cantine Nervi estate in Gattinara, this wine bursts forth with elements of strawberry, tart peach, rose petals, and a powerful streak of minerality. Always one of the absolute best roses every year.

He makes just one wine, this aged rosé from a hectare of vines in the Najerilla Valley, in Rioja Alta. It’s primarily Garnacha with a small amount of Tempranillo. This is complex, layered and finely spiced with nuts, spice and marmalade, as well as some citrus notes. Very detailed with a wonderful savory quality, as well as some taut citrus fruit, a touch of pear skin, and also some cherry hints. It has been dubbed the new Tondonio rosé.

Weingut Steininger is a family-run estate located in Langenlois, the heart of Austria’s Kamptal valley. While Karl and Brigitta Steininger built an international reputation for their single-varietal traditional method sparkling wines, Grüner Veltliner remains the centerpiece of their production, taking up around 80% of their estate vineyards. The story of Castello di Neive Arneis is a love story. In the mid 70’s, Italo Stupino, a producer of magnificent red wines, decided to produce a white wine for his wife that did not like red wines.
