Pairolero is a blend of two different vineyards of Barbera in Neive: Basarin and San Cristoforo. The Barbera is from the top of the slope in Basarin and sees 9 months of aging in cask. Andrea Sottimano liked the 2024 vintage for its elegant, linear, and bright wines. Great concentration of purple fruit, delicate florals, spice and a stony minerality from Basarin's calcareous and sandy soils.
