Philipponnat Réserve Pérpetuelle Brut (formerly labelled Philipponnat Royale Reserve Brut) is the purest expression of the House’s style. Generous and fruity, showing aromas of pears, apricots and lemon zest with floral character and a whiff of pastry. Medium-bodied with fine, pinprick mousse, zesty acidity, a tight-knit structure and a chalky mineral finish with a saline aftertaste.
