The wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. For the production, the grapes are crushed lightly and left on the skins for about 12 hours before being gently pressed. A delicious and delicate weave of berries, cherries, and raspberries, along with a vibrant well-integrated acidity, showcases the potential of Cabernet Sauvignon as a rose wine. On the palate there’s a hint of juicy lime and a touch of rhubarb along with that precise and clean structure.
