Provence is surely most famous for the production of rose wines, but they make a variety of wines that still smack of the Mediterranean sunshine, and this wine is a lovely example of a Provencal white wine. Based on Rolle (Vermentino) and blended with Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon, this wine offers an intense and fresh nose that combines floral and citrus notes. The palate has a round and balanced texture marked by exotic fruits (pineapple, mango) and white stone fruits.
