Dominio do Bibei's Lacima is 85% Mencía with other red varieties from Ribeira Sacra. This was sourced from the highest vineyards at 500 to 700 meters in elevation. It presents delicate red fruit aromas with hints of herbs, mint, pomegranate and a touch of black fruit. There's an appealing concentration that defines the plush palate, with light richness and vivid flavor. This is long and gently grippy. The wine is done in a modern style that captures the area's riper side with a super-fine texture.
