A beautiful goat's milk tomme made by famed affineur Rodolphe le Meunier, this cheese has been rubbed with a blend of herbes de Provence, white peppercorns, juniper berries and red chiles before being cave aged for 2-3 months. The result is sweet, nutty, aromatic and herbaceous, perfect with Sauvignon Blanc or Semillon wines.
