A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier produced with zero dosage. Zesty mineral-tinged citrus and orchard fruit aromas are complemented by deeper hints of toasted brioche and honey. Dry and incisive on the palate, offering bitter lemon pith, pear skin and chamomile flavors and a suggestion of smokiness. Closes taut and nervy, with a subtle floral quality.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on limestone from Verzy and Verzenay based on the 2022 vintage, partly vinified in oak, with older wines from their perpetual reserve begun in 2011. This opens with a fruity and fresh bouquet with notes of raspberries and brioche as well as subtle lactic notes. Powerful on the palate, with a creamy mousse and delicately bitter phenolic hints. The acidity is quite soft, and you can sense the ripe grapes but the freshness is there.

The Penet-Chardonnet's Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru is a pure Pinot Noir picked in Verzy and Verzenay, based mostly on the 2018 vintage with reserve wines aged in solera. With a slightly amber color, the wine develops toasty and spicy aromas, complemented by undergrowth and red fruit notes. The palate is particularly vinous yet fresh and balanced, with a long, pure finish.

The Premier Cru Rosé Extra Brut is a pronounced, medium-bodied Champagne, vinified and partially aged for over 8 months in oak barrels before being blended with Perpetual Reserve wines. This elegant rosé Champagne displays a delicate red color and wonderful aromas of ripe cherries with a subtle spicy note. On the palate, it is full-bodied and always possesses an underlying freshness that balances the overall character, resulting in a wonderfully satisfying finish.
